Bar Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Salt and Vine. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests during lunch, dinner, brunch, banquets, parties, meetings, and other special events.
Key Responsibilities:- Exhibit genuine hospitality and teamwork among staff members.
- Create delicious cocktails according to company recipes and maintain a high level of quality.
- Develop a welcoming atmosphere for bar guests, encouraging repeat visits.
- Ensure excellent quality in ambiance, food, drinks, and service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to deliver phenomenal service.
- Set up dining rooms, bars, service stations, banquet tables, linens, and decorations according to event specifications.
- Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food and beverages.
- 2+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant, with a focus on craft cocktails.
- Working knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer, with basic knowledge of Italian cuisine.
- Ability to work at least 3 shifts per week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide a positive guest experience.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
