Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: San Diego, California (hybrid position)

US Citizenship required

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting initial phone screens with candidates, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, conducting background checks, and maintaining applicant files. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, be articulate in all verbal and written communications, and have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on various job boards and manage the application process
  • Conduct initial phone screens with candidates and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Schedule interviews and maintain calendars
  • Create offer letters and conduct background checks
  • Maintain applicant files and assist with advertising, employee referrals, and job fairs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a government consulting firm or other professional environment
  • Experience working as a recruiting coordinator, including scheduling candidate interviews
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Articulate in all verbal and written communications
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
