Job Title: NICU Staff Nurse, Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. As a NICU Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care to newborns in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Washington.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a NICU or pediatric setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
