Key Responsibilities- Supervisory Duties: Oversee the assigned unit, ensuring that all nursing staff are providing high-quality care to our residents.
- Policy Development: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to less experienced nurses, helping them to develop their clinical and leadership skills.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to our residents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between our nursing staff and other departments, ensuring that all residents' needs are met and that our facility is running smoothly.
- Education: Must hold a valid New York State RN license.
- Experience: 2 years of long-term care experience preferred, with at least 1 year of charge nurse experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience.
