Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled BIM Field Technician to join our team at FourFront Design of Montana.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring buildings and floor plans, as well as plumbing and piping in buildings, and confirming results to existing schematic plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure and record building dimensions, floor plans, and plumbing and piping systems
  • Confirm measurements against existing field notes and plans
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
  • Operate company van and equipment, including laser measure device, laser scanner device, and electronic notepad
  • Meet safety standards and follow company policies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar applications
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company van
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, walk, stand, climb, crouch, and crawl through small spaces
