Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Experis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information and answer questions about claims, processes, and warranties.
- Input orders and ensure they are filled accurately and on time.
- Call customers to advise of shipment delays and provide information necessary to process orders.
- Arrange transfer of inventory from other Service Centers as needed.
- Initiate tracers with carriers and make changes to or cancel orders/backorders.
- Initiate file maintenance for corrections to computer's customer file and perform clerical duties such as filing invoices.
- Fill out forms and determine changes for service requested.
- Provide assistance to other service centers as needed and respond to questions about orders and shipments.
- Handle all customers in a professional manner and obtain customer feedback information.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED; Associates Degree preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful).
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows 2000/XP Professional.
- SAP experience strongly desired.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Strong work ethic, with focus on attendance and punctuality.
