We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Outside Sales Consultant or Community Marketing Executive (CME). The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling to small businesses (B2B) and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various sources such as cold calls, emails, networking, and door-pulling.
  • Present our comprehensive advertising programs to potential clients, offering customized marketing solutions designed for each business.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local businesses and stay in touch with customers, recommending new products and services that may interest them.
  • Stay informed about local trends and competition.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and collaborate with your team leader to achieve successful sales.

Work Environment: This role can be performed remotely from home, but it's preferred and recommended that the sales representative performs in-person fieldwork within their assigned local community or territory.

Compensation: As a commission-only position, you'll earn unlimited income potential based on your sales results. You'll also receive bonuses, sales incentives, and other prizes for achieving sales milestones.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience selling to small businesses (B2B)
  • 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency: video conferencing (Zoom), Gmail, G Suite, Electronic signature software, and CRM use
  • Valid Driver's License, Motor Vehicle Insurance, and passing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Background check

Estimated Salary: $30,000 - $60,000 per year, plus commission-based income.
