Key Responsibilities- Design and develop facilities systems and infrastructure to meet business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of facilities systems with other business systems
- Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption and costs
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to facilities staff and other stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) with 5 years of experience in facilities engineering or a related field
- Master's degree with 3 years of experience or PhD with 0 years of experience
- US citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain Special Program Access
- Understanding of the NEC and NFPA 70E
- Revit and AutoCAD drafting experience
- Experience designing and commissioning power distribution systems
- Ability to maintain one-line drawings for multiple buildings
- Experience supporting manufacturing facilities
- Interpret building and utility drawings and make revisions as required
- Demonstrated knowledge of Utah Code and Regulatory requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills in managing time, projects, and resources
- Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
At Northrop Grumman, we offer a competitive salary range of $84,200 - $126,400, with the potential for a discretionary bonus. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company-paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
