Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our accounting team, you'll be responsible for maintaining financial records, working closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports, and processing accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Work closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices and tax payments, and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks to streamline accounting functions and manage the company's financial data.
  • Conduct regular account reconciliation, identify and address discrepancies, and provide insightful information and expectations to the company's leaders.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other financial management software.
  • In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
