Atlassian IT Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian IT Administrator to join our team at Zelis Healthcare. As an Atlassian IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing portfolio level data within the application suite and implementing reporting and operational standards.

• Creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites, as needed, for the organization
• Creation of projects within JIRA as needed
• Application Admin Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and other Atlassian products
• Support of Atlassian products as Enterprise applications
• Documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications
• Process improvement and establish best practices
• Establish and manage Enterprise reporting dashboards
• Backup configuration management within ALM tools (JIRA)
• Develop and maintain quarterly updates for Skills Matrix
• Monthly reconciliation of Technology resources to projects (JIRA, Smartsheet, etc)
• Validation of monthly updates for leadership MITs and quarterly DASH prep

• 2+ years experience as a technical support/administrator of an IT ticketing platform
• API knowledge
• Ability to write SQL Scripts
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
• Creative and analytical thinking ability with strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptive growth mindset to learn new applications and follow best practices
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, proven ability to prioritize and deliver results on time
