Position Overview:

  • Advocate for high-quality, standardized, and efficient healthcare across the organization.
  • Drive initiatives in care delivery redesign while fostering positive relationships with healthcare teams.
  • Engage with multiple departments and leadership teams to improve operational efficiency and the quality of care provided.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience in OB/Gyn.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Possession of a Medical License in the State of WI and Board certification in OBGYN.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, lead by example, and achieve results.
