As a Night Office Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office buildings, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Vacuum, dust, and mop office buildings, including floors, carpets, and surfaces
    • Clean restroom facilities and other designated areas daily
    • Stock supplies in housekeeping areas
    • Empty all trash and recycling receptacles
  • Sanitation and Hygiene
    • Mop and sanitize all base area restrooms, including Gondola Square, Ski Corral locker room, Lower Gondola Building first floor, and the Bear River
    • Damp wipe and dust recycling receptacles as needed
  • Additional Duties
    • Clean the first-floor lunchroom and empty trash daily
    • Maintain a clean Gondola Plaza area and pick up trash and litter
    • Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as any regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Professional Experience
    • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance, preferably in a commercial or office setting
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management
    • Positive and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and employees
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to safely lift approximately 30-50 pounds on a regular basis
    • Ability to run a vacuum cleaner for extended periods
    • Ability to walk, bend, and stand for long periods

Working Conditions

The Night Office Custodian will work primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor duties. The noise level in the workplace is usually moderate. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
