Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct precise preparation and splicing of fiber optic cables
  • Employ OTDR and fusion splicing tools effectively
  • Document daily production activities
  • Ensure maintenance of tools, equipment, and workspaces

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Skilled in using hand tools and telecommunications construction machinery
  • Successful completion of pre-employment assessments
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 80 lbs.
  • Capability to climb in and out of equipment
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
