Primary Duties:

  • Conduct thorough preparation and splicing of fiber optic cables
  • Employ OTDR and fusion splicing tools effectively
  • Prepare and submit daily production documentation
  • Ensure maintenance of tools, equipment, and workspaces

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Skilled in using hand tools and telecom construction machinery
  • Successful completion of all pre-employment assessments
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
  • Capability to climb in and out of equipment
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
