- Engage with stakeholders across functions to ensure effective communication and alignment with business goals.
- Support change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and initiatives.
- Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies across the organization.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resources, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct performance analysis and develop dashboards to track the progress of transformation efforts.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Ensure program success through effective risk management, removing barriers, and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Report regularly on program progress, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Support the development of business cases for future transformation initiatives, providing detailed data analysis and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve buy-in for transformational change.
- Monitor external trends and industry innovations to identify new opportunities for transformation.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in transformation, program management, or operations in a dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with experience influencing leadership teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
