At CapTech Consulting, we're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Manager, Risk and Process Transformation Consultant. This role will play a critical part in leading and managing business process improvement projects, working closely with key stakeholders to drive transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with client needs and navigating complex discussions around risk and compliance challenges.
- Lead and drive process improvement projects, including improvements to processes and Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis to identify and document potential risks and compliance gaps.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and establish controls to ensure risks are captured, reported, and mitigated in a timely manner.
- Reduce risk by streamlining and standardizing processes and procedures, connecting the dots amongst various stakeholders and functions within an organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer, with a focus on Risk and Compliance and/or IT-related projects.
- Previous experience leading cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risk.
- Proficiency in risk analysis tools, including FMEA, Risk Matrix, and data analytics to identify trends and when/where they occur within the process.
