Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Tree Top. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Equipment Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth production.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to production staff and other departments as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all equipment and facilities meet quality and safety standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
