Job Description

Riviera Family Dentistry is seeking an exceptional Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art dental facility near Lakewood. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing scheduling, patient appointments, and treatment coordination, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including staff supervision, performance evaluations, and time-off requests.
  • Oversee billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable, implementing cost-saving measures to maintain patient care.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients, maintaining our online presence and responding to customer reviews.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise office staff, including receptionists, dental assistants, and marketing team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff, developing staff schedules and managing time-off requests.

Patient Satisfaction:

  • Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Present treatment plans and sell cases, managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality.
