About the Role

This Wood Framed Construction Manager position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You will collaborate with the project team, stakeholders, and professionals to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Project Planning and Development: Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  2. Budget and Cost Management: Support the development of the project budget, tracking expenses, and making necessary adjustments to meet financial targets.
  3. Schedule Management: Collaborate with the Project Manager and Lead Superintendent to maintain a detailed project schedule, identifying critical milestones and dependencies.
