Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Assistant Project Manager to contribute to the successful execution of a wood framed multifamily wrap project. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management, specifically in wrap and podium wood framed multifamily developments.

The selected individual will work closely with the project team, stakeholders, and professionals, representing the Aspen Heights culture and ethos. Key responsibilities include project planning and development, budget and cost management, schedule management, team collaboration, quality control and safety, regulatory compliance, client and stakeholder communication, risk management, and documentation and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a focus on wood framed multifamily developments, is required. Familiarity with construction practices, codes, regulations, and industry standards is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary. The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 per year.
