Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Patterson Health Center. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Facility Maintenance: Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, trash disposal, and disinfecting, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate mechanical floor cleaners, polishers, and vacuums to ensure efficient and effective cleaning.
- Team Collaboration: Work under the direction of the Environmental Services Manager and collaborate with other departments to fulfill housekeeping needs.
- Emergency Response: Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations within 30 minutes during off-duty hours.
- Supply Management: Maintain housekeeping supply storage areas in clean and orderly condition and apply adequate safeguards in the use and storage of equipment and supplies.
- Continuing Education: Participate in regular continuing education programs to maintain knowledge of hospital-wide housekeeping standards, techniques, and policies.
Requirements: 2nd Shift - 3pm to 11pm, After hours on-call & weekend shift in rotation with other staff.
