Housekeeper Job Summary

Patterson Health Center is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping, trash disposal, and disinfecting.
  • Operate mechanical floor cleaners, polishers, and vacuums to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Respond to emergency situations and participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Collaborate with Nursing Services to address infection control concerns and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Participate in continuing education programs to stay up-to-date on hospital-wide housekeeping standards and techniques.
Requirements:
  • 2nd Shift - 3pm to 11pm
  • After hours on-call & weekend shift in rotation with other staff
