**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform interior repairs, including apartment preparation, minor plumbing and electrical work, sheetrock installation, and other tasks.
* Work skillfully and efficiently to meet the needs of our residents.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Requirements:**
* Must have own tools and good repair skills.
* Proficient in all interior repairs, including apartment preparation, minor plumbing and electrical work, sheetrock installation, and other tasks.
* Must work skillfully and efficiently.
* HVAC certification is a plus, but EPA certification with significant repair and installation experience is also considered.
* Must be willing to be on emergency calls on a rotating basis.
