Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with beverage products and industry standards is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to accurately manage cash transactions.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Bending, stooping, and reaching to stock shelves and assist customers.

Role Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Warmly greet customers and assist with inquiries and product selections.
  • Provide recommendations and information regarding promotions.
  • Address customer complaints or issues professionally.
  • Product Expertise:
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverage products, including types and brands.
  • Stay informed about new arrivals and industry trends.
  • Sales Transactions:
  • Accurately process customer purchases using the point-of-sale system.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions while adhering to cash-handling protocols.
  • Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Restock shelves and displays to ensure product availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to management.
  • Ensure merchandise is correctly priced and labeled.
  • Store Upkeep:
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and report any hazards.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations regarding the sale of beverages.
  • Verify customer age for beverage purchases in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
