Job Summary:

An Assistant General Manager, Condominium is responsible for providing administrative support to the lead Community Manager(s) in a condominium community. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of community association management principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field and respond to homeowner inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Interact with vendors and assist with addressing emergency requests as necessary.
  • Update homeowner accounts in internal systems with all conversations and correspondence.
  • Assist with preparing agendas, management reports, and documents for Board meetings.
  • Prepare newsletters, flyers, and other documents to inform homeowners of maintenance services, projects, and activities.
  • Assist with preparing annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statements for homeowners.
  • Monitor corporate and client delinquency rates and assist with collections.
  • Maintain property files and unit files.
  • Assist with processing new homeowner welcome packets, issuing key fobs, and processing access keys.
  • Assist with ARB application processing and perform on-site community inspections as necessary.
  • Participate in Associa training and education programs.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products at a proficient level.
  • Knowledge of community association management principles and practices.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
