The Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for:

Essential Skills:

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

Physical Requirements:

This role involves physical activities such as walking, bending, and lifting items up to 50 pounds. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment that requires multitasking and effective customer service management.

Qualifications:

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred, but not mandatory. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish, are encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

Hourly wages are commensurate with experience, ranging from $12 to $15 per hour.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a retail setting with flexible hours between 20 to 40 hours per week.
