Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Engineer to join our team at the Houston facility. As a Technical Engineer - Associate, you will develop technical proficiency and apply good engineering practices in assigned process areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams to stay current with day-to-day activities.
  • Investigate and determine corrective actions for incidents impacting product quality.
  • Perform scheduled process quality internal audits and present findings.
  • Coordinate raw material and finished product trials.
  • Provide technical support for small capital project work in designated areas.
  • Work with the Engineering Department to design equipment according to Recognized And Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP).
Requirements
  • BS Engineering (Chemical preferred)
  • 2+ years' experience as an engineer in a chemical manufacturing process
  • Experience in working with multidisciplinary technical associates to achieve cost effective goals
  • Project management experience preferred
