Job Title: Chemical Engineering New Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chemical Engineering New Graduate to join our team at Fluor. As a Chemical Engineering New Graduate, you will be responsible for performing process technology engineering work, applying standard engineering techniques and procedures, and collaborating with higher-level engineers to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic process engineering assignments, including generating, calculating, and correlating data to support project requirements.
  • Understand and follow Process Design Basis and Process Design Criteria to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain awareness of cost impacts related to process design and implement cost-saving measures when possible.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and goals, and implement these objectives and goals in all aspects of work on the project.
  • Assist with process studies and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong understanding of process technology engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
