Job Summary:We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Identify customer insurance needs and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- People-oriented and detail-oriented
- Proactive in problem-solving and able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
