Raytheon is seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to serve as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) in support of a Special Projects Elite program. The successful candidate will manage the security of a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Program, maintain program security in compliance with the NISPOM, all applicable Sponsor security policies and procedures; all applicable Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs); and other applicable Government security policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage program security plans, classified facilities, and compliant customer-approved operational security procedures in support of the program.
- Develop and implement local SOPs, processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Handle personnel security clearance life cycles, including processing initial requests for clearance/access, crossovers, terminations, badge renewals, reporting requirements, and program-required relevant security briefings and debriefings.
- Maintain secure facilities in accordance with NISPOM and ICD 705 standards, conduct annual self-inspections, and maintain proper documentation.
- Facilitate and support customer inspections to ensure successful government audits of classified programs and facilities.
Requirements:
- US Citizenship with a current and active Top Secret SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
- 8+ years of applicable work experience with a BA degree, or 16+ years of applicable work experience at the minimum in lieu of a BA degree can be substituted.
- Knowledgeable of SCI Security requirements, Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), NISPOM, and other applicable security directives, policies, and procedures.
- Proven experience interacting positively with the Cognizant Security Agency personnel.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, schedule, and organize activities and workload while accomplishing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work and take actions independently, and solve problems by making sound decisions.
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to build rapport, interact with, and foster a cooperative work environment with a diverse population of employees, subcontractors, and customers.
- Attention to detail and follow-through when completing tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Benefits:
Raytheon offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $221,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Hired applicants may also be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs.
