Life Insurance Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Life Insurance Specialist to join our team in Colorado. As a Life Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for soliciting and selling Life & Health insurance, and Annuity products under minimal supervision primarily within our branch location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solicit and sell Life & Health insurance, and Annuity products to customers
  • Develop leads and prospect for new accounts through various marketing activities
  • Prepare proposals, and close sales of Life, Health, and Annuity products
  • Work collaboratively with others in the Branch to reach business goals, maximize leads, sales opportunities and take advantage of cross-sell opportunities

Requirements:

  • Possession of valid State Life Sales licenses
  • Ability to take and pass LUTC or CLU coursework
  • Maintain Life and Health licenses required to sell products
  • Possession of a valid State driver's license

What We Offer:

  • Average 1st year earnings $45,000-$50,000+
  • Average 2nd year+ earnings $70,000+
  • Guaranteed hourly rate of $14.50 plus incentive
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k match, paid parental leave, and more
