Land Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview:
The primary role involves negotiating with property owners to secure land rights and assist in the Distribution easement acquisition process within the Western Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in effective and professional negotiations for land rights acquisition.
- Assemble and accurately complete all necessary documentation to support land rights acquisition on behalf of vTech Solution.
- Utilize general computer skills and business applications (such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) to facilitate work processes.
- Conduct title research to locate and retrieve essential documentation in county courthouses or through available online resources to determine legal property ownership.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organized files and documentation.
- Interact professionally with the general public and vTech Solution employees to ensure timely and efficient acquisition functions throughout the process.
Travel Requirements:
Travel exceeding 50% is necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position. A laptop will be provided, and consistent communication via email and phone with vTech Solution employees is expected to support the efficient progress of acquisition projects.
