Key Responsibilities- Assist in training and quality control of staff
- Learn and perform the job assignments of housekeeper, heavy housekeeper/floor tech, and laundry worker positions
- Develop leadership skills and provide guidance to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment
- Communicate effectively with client managers, building occupants, and administrators
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records and complete reports
- Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies
