High-Performing Sales Consultant

We are excited to announce a Sales Representative opportunity for a high-performing individual to join our team at Boggus Tipton Motors. This role involves leveraging your sales expertise, industry knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills to drive success in the automotive industry.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Process Implementation: Understand and implement our dealership's sales process to achieve sales goals.
- Client Engagement: Own every aspect of the sales process, from prospecting new clients to delivering vehicles.
- Product Knowledge: Present and demonstrate inventory to clients, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports to optimize stock levels.
- Market Share Growth: Create and execute strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.
- Performance Tracking: Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership, maintaining Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards.
- Industry Expertise: Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification to provide exceptional client experiences.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Familiarity with CRM software to effectively manage client interactions.
- Experience: Previous sales experience, education, or prior training in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Certifications: Valid Texas Driver's License required.
