The Pack Labs, a rapidly growing hemp-derived cannabinoid company, is seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to spearhead its sales strategy and build a high-performing team.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity focuses on leading, developing, and scaling a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the recruitment, development, and performance of the sales team while implementing effective systems and processes to support the company's rapid growth.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan that aligns with The Pack Labs' growth objectives, balancing immediate priorities with long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that balances short-term goals with long-term scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and Head of Sales Operations to define clear sales goals and create actionable plans to meet them.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team, focusing on recruiting top talent, providing ongoing training, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, including market expansions, new territory rollouts, and partnerships with key distributors and retailers.
  • Establish sales processes, tools, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and ensure the team's success as the company scales.
  • Foster strong relationships with distribution partners and key stakeholders to drive growth and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Monitor sales performance using data and analytics, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, including building and managing high-performing teams.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling sales operations in a fast-growing company.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to monitoring and optimizing sales performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000, with an OTE (on-target earnings) of $220,000 - $250,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous vacation policy and participation in a 401(k) plan.
