Charge Capture Specialist

Regional Cancer Care Associates (RCCA) is seeking a highly skilled Charge Capture Coordinator to support our team. This role is responsible for assisting with internal audit activities, reviewing monthly charge analysis reports, and reconciling reports with office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and compare posted charges against daily activity reports generated from Pyxis to maximize charge capture.
- Support and adhere to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
- Assist in establishing action plans for problem sites and follow up to ensure implementation of improvements.
- Assess site-specific procedures to ensure revenue/charge capture.
- Summarize audit findings and preliminary recommendations for management review.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of front office and billing experience.
- Medical business office experience preferred.
