Charge Capture Specialist

Regional Cancer Care Associates (RCCA) is seeking a skilled Charge Capture Specialist to optimize revenue cycle performance. This role involves reviewing monthly charge capture analysis reports to identify missed revenue and working with individual offices to reconcile and recover any missed revenue. Additionally, the specialist will audit daily activity reports generated by Pyxis to compare drug dosages dispensed to charges billed for services, ensuring maximum charge capture. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Review monthly charge capture analysis reports to identify missed revenue
- Work with individual offices to reconcile and recover any missed revenue
- Audit daily activity reports generated by Pyxis to compare drug dosages dispensed to charges billed for services
- Assess site-specific procedures to ensure revenue/charge capture
- Summarize audit findings and preliminary recommendations for management review
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of front office and billing experience
- Medical business office experience preferred
