Key Responsibilities

  • Provide impeccable service to guests, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, attentive, and personalized.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines with precision and flair.

  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Collaborate with the FOH Manager to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and ongoing sidework, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining the bar area.
  • Adhere to responsible beverage service requirements, ensuring that all guests are served in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the FOH Manager.

Requirements

  • Must possess a CA food handler card.
  • 3-5 years of bartending experience, with a strong focus on customer service and drink preparation.
  • Clear knowledge of bartender basics, including mixes, recipes, brands, and safe alcohol service techniques.
  • High school diploma, college degree preferred but not required.
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other team members.
  • Physical ability to transport and carry objects up to 50 pounds, and to exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length.
