Concessions Bartender Job Description

The Concessions Bartender is a key member of the Legends team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while providing top-notch beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix and serve beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Utilize high-quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, fresh herbs, and spices to create sensational drinks.
  • Greet guests, take beverage orders, and provide information on wine characteristics.
  • Work with the culinary team to create mixers and garnishes for beverages.
  • Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, balance receipts, and maintain a clean working area.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience as a bartender.
  • Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, wine, and spirits.
  • Ability to work long hours, flexible shifts, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team during set up and execution of service.
