About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Jack in the Box | AZ. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising restaurant employees to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to restaurant staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting: Regularly report to the Restaurant Manager/District Manager on key performance indicators and operational results.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment by developing and motivating team members to provide excellent internal and external service.
  • Operational Accountability: Take direct responsibility for all operational results, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility.
  • Certifications: Must complete Restaurant Manager training and have Food Safety certification within the first 60 days of employment.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter, and ability to take initiative and accept responsibility.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk approximately 85-95% of shift and move freely throughout the restaurant.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
  • Equipment Operation: Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle.
