We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Sales Professional to join our team at The Tile Shop.
About the Role
This is a part-time sales opportunity with a flexible schedule, ideal for individuals looking to balance work and personal life. As a Part Time Sales Professional, you will be working closely with our interior designers, home owners, and trade professionals to provide exceptional customer service and meet their space, style, and cost requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations through outstanding product knowledge, recommendations, and installation guidance.
- Provide clear product updates and track store orders to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Understand and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and applications to customers.
- Present yourself professionally at all times, upholding The Tile Shop's reputation for excellence.
- Contribute to team success by completing additional duties as assigned.
About You
We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and growth. If you possess a sense of design, are detail-oriented, and enjoy working under pressure, this role may be perfect for you.
