Helpline Crisis Support Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Crisis Call Center Supervisor to join our team at Contact Community Services, Inc. As a key member of our crisis support services, you will provide real-time direction and shift support to staff and volunteers responding to crisis, information and referral, and community support lines.
">Responsibilities:- Shift Supervision: Ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts
- Call Management: Manage call volume and queue length to ensure calls are being answered appropriately and in a timely manner
- Staff Support: Complete shift check-ins, shift check-outs, and call debriefing with staff; document all notes
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues that arise during shift, document any concerns, and escalate when additional support is required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mental Health/Human Services field or related field of study (Master's preferred)
- Crisis counseling/mental health experience; experience linking people with needed community resources; experience supervising, mentoring, and training others
- Able to work autonomously and demonstrate effective time management
Salary Range: $25.50-$26.00 per hour
