Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of success in resolving complex customer issues.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills a plus, enabling you to serve a broader range of clients and communities.
