We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Fulton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and record vital information from new residents.
- Administer medications and injections as needed.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily activities.
- Monitor food and liquid intake and output.
- Valid LPN state license.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Good standing with the State Registry.
