Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Envoy Air is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day station operations, including scheduling and manpower utilization.
  • Maintain a safe, dependable, and consistent operation.
  • Conduct Agent observations and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Schedule and administer local training, including new hire training.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues and customer service complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Age: 18
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Ability to lift, bend, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Previous airline experience, including knowledge of ticketing systems and ramp operations
