Customer Service Supervisor

Envoy Air is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate day-to-day station operations, including scheduling and manpower utilization.
- Maintain a safe, dependable, and consistent operation.
- Conduct Agent observations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Schedule and administer local training, including new hire training.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues and customer service complaints.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to lift, bend, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Previous airline experience, including knowledge of ticketing systems and ramp operations
