As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of heating and cooling systems, including units up to 100 tons, water source systems, gas packs, heat pumps, ductless systems, VRF, controls, evaporative coolers, refrigeration/low temp systems, hot side kitchen equipment, rack systems, and C-store equipment.

- Perform welding and electrical work as required.
- Utilize a phone app-based field management system to document and track job progress.
- Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule once per month.
- Maintain a clean driving record and background.
- Ensure that all necessary trade-specific tools are available and in good condition.
- Minimum of 10 years of commercial HVAC experience.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Strong knowledge of 460-volt and 3-phase power systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.
