Key Responsibilities
  • Adheres to established cleaning protocols to uphold a superior standard of cleanliness in guest accommodations, in line with Auro Hotels' and brand standards.
  • Collaborates with team members to assist when personal tasks are completed.
  • Utilizes cleaning products and supplies appropriately and safely.
  • Accurately places guest amenities, including toiletries, service directories, and turndown items.
  • Completes special projects or reasonable requests as directed by management.
  • Understands and implements the hotel’s emergency procedures and loss prevention strategies.
  • Sorts, counts, folds, labels, and transports linens as required.
  • Prepares beds with clean linens and dusts surfaces to maintain a tidy environment.
  • Restocks supplies such as drinking glasses and writing materials.
  • Arranges furniture, hangs drapes, rolls carpets, and replaces light bulbs as needed.
  • Empties waste receptacles and cleans ashtrays regularly.
  • Disposes of trash and waste in designated areas.
  • Restocks bathroom supplies and maintains cleanliness of bathroom floors.
  • Performs all tasks safely and observes the actions of others for compliance.
  • When requested, cleans public areas including lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
  • Maintains cleanliness of carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  • Cleans walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills as necessary.
  • Stocks and replenishes linen storage areas when required.
  • Maintains cleanliness of patios and balconies, ensuring cobwebs are removed.
  • Available for immediate start.
  • This job description does not limit management's ability to assign or reassign duties, work hours, and responsibilities at any time.
Qualifications

1-2 years of experience as a Room Attendant with a recognized hotel brand, preferably Hilton. A High School Diploma is preferred.
