Description:

Trinity Solar, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, is seeking a Building Project Specialist to join our team. As a Building Project Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing existing structures for the addition of solar PV systems, determining if upgrades to building structures are required, and preparing evaluation documents for submission to the building department.

Responsibilities:

  • Review existing structures for the addition of solar PV systems
  • Determine if upgrades to building structures are required
  • Prepare evaluation documents for submission to the building department
  • Provide additional support to field crews

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years relevant experience
  • Engineering technology degree is preferred, will consider a combination of education and relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of building codes, particularly wood framing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work on several small projects concurrently
