Position Description
The UCI School of Medicine is looking for a Professional Researcher in the field of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. We anticipate openings for candidates at the Assistant, Associate, and Full ranks throughout the academic year.
We invite applications from individuals who possess a PhD or equivalent qualifications, with a robust background in laboratory research, a strong publication record, and specialized training in mechanical and aerospace engineering or related disciplines.
This recruitment is ongoing, and the availability of positions, including part-time roles, is contingent upon external funding and institutional needs. Compensation and rank will be aligned with the candidate's qualifications and experience. Initial appointments are typically for one year, with potential for renewal based on funding availability and institutional requirements.
