Client Services Consultant

The Client Services Consultant will focus on three key areas:
- Wealth Management: Manage a dedicated client portfolio as a private wealth manager, delivering an outstanding planning experience through the use of our comprehensive product offerings, including BFS models and approved FIA and Life products, while striving to meet annual sales objectives.
- New Business Processing: Handle the processing of new business applications for your clients and up to four financial advisors, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients and the financial advisors you support, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree
- Experience in client-facing roles within an office setting
- 5+ years of experience in the financial sector is preferred
- CFP designation is preferred
- Life & Health licenses along with either Series 65 or a combination of Series 7 & 66
Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities

- Proficient in advanced computer applications
Key Responsibilities:
Wealth Management:
- Licensing: Maintain all necessary licenses in good standing to operate as a PWM.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulations set forth by the contracted carrier, RIA, and B/D.
- Insurance: Keep active Errors & Omissions insurance.
- Fiduciary Duty: Act in the best interest of all fee-based clients.
- Meetings: Attend all required meetings and workshops.
- Planning: Stay informed about best practices in EPIC Planning.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of all core products and investments.
- Client Communication: Aim to respond to all client inquiries within two hours.
- Tools Mastery: Utilize software tools effectively to enhance client planning experiences.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of all client interactions.
- Goal Setting: Establish and pursue annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
- Client Service: Ensure clients feel valued and supported.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing professional development.
New Business Processing:
- Manage incoming requests and review new business applications for completeness.
- Input and update information in the internal tracking system.
- Prepare applications and assist advisors with processing.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to the appropriate parties.
- Track pending new business daily.
Client Coordination:
- Participate in team meetings and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
- Prepare summaries for client meetings.
- Support advisors in account servicing tasks.
Compensation:
